During the ceremony, Deputy General Manager Ailing Wang welcomed the distinguished guests and highlighted the long-standing partnership between Meihua Group and the Institute, which spans nearly a decade. She noted that the timing was perfect for the two organizations to establish a graduate training base together. Wang introduced Meihua Group’s key operations, including its product areas, development history, scale, and technological innovations. She also emphasized the importance of the Finance Department’s "Finance and Business Integration" strategy and stressed that the establishment of this graduate training base was a significant step in advancing Meihua's "Year of Talent" initiative.

Vice President Xiaoguang Wang expressed his admiration for Meihua’s rapid development and management philosophy. He also thanked the company for its long-term support and cooperation with the Institute. Wang then provided an overview of the Institute’s history, the current state of graduate education, and the specific model used to train Master of Accounting students. He pointed out that the joint creation of a graduate training base between the university and the enterprise would serve as a crucial platform for practical education, enhancing students' applied skills. He expressed hope that this collaboration would strengthen both professional talent development and industry growth.

The graduate training base will primarily focus on the field of accounting and will cover three key areas: Accounting and Business Big Data Analysis, Lean Cost Management, and Accounting for Administrative and Public Institutions. In line with national standards for professional master’s programs, the Master of Accounting program will adopt a "dual-mentor system," combining both on-campus and off-campus guidance. The program will also follow a "1+1+1" model: one year of coursework, one year of professional practice at Meihua Group, and one year to complete the thesis. As such, the graduate training base will not only provide essential practical training but also serve as a valuable recruitment platform for Meihua Group to attract top talent.

Looking ahead, the Institute plans to regularly send its Masters students to Meihua Group for professional practice. Both parties have committed to the principles of "complementary strengths, shared resources, mutual benefits, and joint development" as they explore innovative approaches to graduate education. By leveraging their respective resources, Meihua Group and the Institute aim to build a comprehensive industry-education talent development model that meets the needs of both academia and business.
