This project adopts a “self-generation, self-consumption” model, with a planned installed capacity of 11MW. The project was organized through a bidding process led by the Keqi District government, with Guodian Investment Shengfa Thermal Power ultimately winning the bid to take charge of installation and operation. The Tongliao Base will provide the rooftop installation area. Both parties have selected qualified construction and supervision companies as per relevant regulations to ensure the quality and progress of the project.

The rooftop photovoltaic station is designed with an installed capacity of 10,300 kilowatts. The generated power will be connected to several distribution rooms, including the Green Agriculture Distribution Room, East District No. 1 Distribution, West District No. 4 Distribution, and West District No. 10 Distribution of Tongliao Base. Once completed, the project is expected to generate an average of 11.12 million kWh annually. This will save approximately 3,350 tons of standard coal each year, reduce CO2 emissions by about 9,200 tons, nitrogen oxide emissions by 1.69 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by around 112 tons, and dust emissions by approximately 24 tons. This project represents a clean, environmentally-friendly energy source with zero pollution.

In terms of economic benefits, assuming 25% of the energy generated replaces peak power and 75% replaces base-load power, the project will replace 270 kWh of peak electricity and 810 kWh of base-load electricity annually. The estimated annual economic benefit is expected to reach 1.077 million yuan.

As an industry leader, the company has actively responded to the national “dual carbon” strategy in recent years, adhering to the green development concept and continuously planning and laying out energy-saving and emission-reduction measures. A dedicated team has been established to ensure the steady progress of the various initiatives. The successful commencement of this project marks a significant step for the company in promoting the use of photovoltaic energy. Once completed, it will further optimize the electricity structure of the Keqi District, increase the proportion of renewable energy, reduce energy costs for the company, and contribute valuable experience to national energy strategy reforms and innovations.

In the future, the company will continue to prioritize both technology and management, vigorously develop the circular economy, and drive energy-saving and emission-reduction practices, making a greater contribution to the “National Clean Energy Development Strategy.”
