"I am a Shareholder" Event- Shareholders Visit Meihua Group

To better establish a platform for communication between listed companies and investors, and to guide investors in understanding the investment value of Shanghai-listed companies, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, in collaboration with the Dongfang Caifu Securities Investor Education Base, held an “I Am a Shareholder” event themed "Committed to Serving Investors and High-Quality Growth Sharing" on June 26. This event brought investors to Meihua Bio in Lhasa, Tibet.

During the event, over 20 investors first toured the company’s exhibition hall to gain insights into Meihua’s core business and strategic direction. 

Afterwards, company representatives engaged in a discussion session with investors, where the Board Secretary Liu Xianfang provided a comprehensive and detailed introduction regarding the company’s industrial layout, performance, shareholder returns, development prospects, and strategic initiatives. Mr. Liu also addressed concerns raised by the investors regarding dividends and share buybacks, external investments, and ESG development. The discussion was lively, with investors expressing high recognition and strong appreciation for the company's consistent dividends and share cancellations over the years.

Qiangba Yundan, Secretary-General of the Tibet Autonomous Region Securities Association, emphasized during the discussion that the association will actively promote investor education within the framework of comprehensive registration reform, encouraging rational, value-driven, and long-term investing among local investors.

This event bridged the gap between investors and the company, deepening investors’ understanding and recognition of the company. The format of the event received widespread acclaim.
